Note for parents :

With some swim schools communication between swimming teachers and parents is rushed between lessons, which means that you are sometimes left in the dark as to how your child is progressing, or you can end up feeling frustrated that there is no-one to answer your questions. At The Aqua Academy we acknowledge your interest in your child's learning and make ourselves available to you whenever possible. Although we do ask that our teachers are not interrupted during or between lessons so that the time that they have with yours and others children is maximized. We do welcome your questions via our e-mail address or by phone at any time.
